Key Responsibilities: 



  • Will manage 10 hourly employees in new coffee bar to open 12/2016 on corporate campus
  • Responsible to report financial data and statistics in an accurate and timely manner within TeamFinance
  • Controls expenses within area of responsibility
  • Develops and create departmental operating budgets within set parameters
  • Operates department within or under set predetermined in budgets
  • Evaluates and justify supplies, equipment and purchases as needed
  • Maintains records and statistics for administrative and regulatory purposes
  • Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and supervises functions and activities of the department
  • Establishes work standards and work flow
  • Establishes and implements policies and procedures for departmental operations
  • Demonstrates good communication skills with clients
  • Encourages and nurtures associate creativity and innovation within the Eurest B&I program
  • Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies
  • Demonstrates and promotes Eurest B&I culture, values and management philosophy
  • Maintain a proactive attitude towards the achievement of the facility goals and objectives
  • Demonstrates quality leadership in meeting performances plans
  • Reads and develops in the Total Quality Management process
  • Acts as a positive role model
  • Develops and maintains job descriptions for department staff
  • Encourages staff to participate in education programs
  • Ensures proper staffing for within all Departments (Janitorial, Conference Services, Mail Services and Records Management)
  • Responsible for ensuring weekly Payroll is inputted in the Crothall Team Fin software
  • Responsible for ensuring new employees are inputted in the Team Fin software
  • Responsible for ensuring the Business Services Q&A's are inputted in Crothall Team Coach software on a weekly basis
  • Responsible for ensuring Monthly Service Reports are completed
  • Responsible for reviewing and approving all invoices in the rCash system
  • Handles and resolves any operational problems or issues regarding Business Support Services
  • Communicates and ensure all employees are aware of any/all site objectives and plans
  • Acts as liaison for customer needs
  • Attend Monthly Safety meetings conducted by HSSE
  • Responsible for specific monthly Safety Reports  (4-ASA's and 8 MSSR's)
  • Maintains all Safety requirements for Staff members provided by HSSE
  • Participant of the Incident Management Team and BCP Team
  • Manage the quality process as it relates to Business Support Services and set targets for quality improvement
  • Measure customer satisfaction and implement action plans for areas below standard
  • Continuously review Business Support Services procedures and implement improvements when applicable
  • Create an environment of innovations and continuous improvement targeted toward improved service levels and increased efficiency within Business Support Services
  • Share best in class and standard practices with colleagues
  • Conduct weekly One-on-One Sessions with Line Managers and provide corrective feedback as needed
  • Enable effective two way communication with all staff
  • Coach and develop staff
  • Minimize staff turnover and absenteeism
  • Communicate site objectives and plans clearly to all staff members
  • Maintain high staff morale for all staff members
