The Enterprise Mobility Support EngineerResponsibilities: The Enterprise Mobility Support Engineer we're seeking should have a strong technical background and be very excited about enabling productivity through mobility! Typical operational activities include managing ticket escalations, interacting with users, and training Tier 1 & Tier 2 support teams on new product features. The engineer will be part of the Mobility Engineering team, respond to Tier 3 escalations and participate in engineering level projects.Required Skills: 4+ years experience in supporting enterprise mobility devices in a global company as part of corporate IT team Expert troubleshooting and reasoning skills Expert organizational skills, with good attention to detail Proven experience working on critical system outage issues and escalations Experience troubleshooting - DNS, Firewall, SMTP, HTTPS, ActiveSync, and email from client device perspective Experience with Microsoft Technologies (Exchange ActiveSync, Active Directory, ADFS, NDES, and PKI infrastructure) Mobile Device Management (MDM) - Apple iOS and Android Additional desired skills: Ability to create and deliver exciting presentations and/or training materials Basic project management skills Basic understanding of mobile application development processes and procedures Basic understanding of mobile application management (MAM/DLP) concepts Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent work experienceEnterprise Mobility, DNS, Firewall, SMTP, HTTPS, ActiveSync, Active Directory, ADFS, NDES, MAM, DLP and PKI infrastructure
