Scoping statements that identify the boundaries of the work required to address the problem or opportunity being addressed. Technical architecture and solution alternatives and recommendations. Estimates of business benefits, project plans and costs related to project execution.Role: IT Business AnalystAccountabilities: Accountable for translating business needs into requirements.
